This is a thirty minute session where I will check your chakra energy points and clear all negative energy from you. Negativity removal is the process of removing all negative energies that have collected on your aura and energy field. Negative energies are constantly being thrown at you throughout your day: negative people, negative situations, negative environments. When our negative emotions are not processed and released, they lower the frequencies in our body until they become stagnant, get dense, and eventually manifest as pain, illnesses, or a lowered immune system.
